Carrot Ring

Ingredients -

3/8 stick butter or margarine (softened)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cup gratted carrots (4-6)
1 rgg
1 Tablespoon cold water
1/2 teaspoon baking soda, nutmeg, and cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup flour
Directions -
Mix all of the above ingredients, and put into a greased ring pan. Bake at 350 degress. (double batch fills standard bunt cake pan)

Servings - 6-7
