Raisin Dairy Noodle Kugel

Ingredients -

1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained; 8 oz. sour cream; 12 oz. cottage cheese; 2 eggs, slightly beaten; 1/3 c. sugar; 2 tbsp. melted butter (or margarine); 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 c. raisins; a dash of cinnamon. Directions - In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except raisins and cinnamon. Mix well. Stir in raisins and then transfer mixture to lightly greased 2 to 3 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Servings - 4-6 serving
