Peanut Butter PieIngredients - 1-4 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened ½ C. confectioners sugar 1 C. peanut butter ½ C. milk 1-8 oz. tub whipped topping 1 graham cracker pie crust (9") In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy, add peanut butter and milk. Beat slowly until smooth, 3 minutes. Blend in the topping until no streaks appear. Pour into pie shell and freeze. To serve, top with a mixture of whipped cream, chocolate chips and syrup and a light sprinkling of crushed toasted peanuts. Servings - 8 servings Prep Time - 20 minutes Cook Time - |
