1 cup dried cranberry;
2 cups dried boxed stuffing mix;
1/2 of an onion;
1/4 cup bread crumbs;
1 tsp minced fresh thyme;
1 tsp of salt;
pinch of cinnamon;
2 tbsp olive oil
Combine all of the ingredients except for the olive oil in a large mixing bowl and mix by hand until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
Drizzle the olive oil into a large baking dish (9x13) making sure to evenly coat the entire surface, using your hand to help spread the oil evenly.
Roll the turkey mixture into round, golf ball sized meatballs making sure to firmly pack each one.
Evenly place the meatballs onto the tray so that they are touching.
Cook for around 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Servings - ~24 balls

Cook Time - 20 minutes
