4 slices of cheese (I use a mix of provolone and cheddar)
2 slices of meat (salami works great, but any will do)
2 slices of tomato
On top of the bread, put 2 slices of your cheese, your meat, tomatoes, and top with your last 2 pieces of cheese and the top slice of bread (butter side up). Sprinkle the top of the sandwich with a little bit more of your shredded cheese.
Let cook, covered, for around 2 minutes, and then flip, letting cook for another 2 minutes. Make sure the cheese is fully melted before removing.
