Corn Casserole

Ingredients -

1 Egg
1/2 cup melted oleo
1 can whole kernal style corn
1 cup sour cream
1 box of Jiffy corn meal muffin mix
Directions - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.

Pour the batter into a greased 9" x 13" pan (for crunchy style) or a greased 1.5 qt. casserole pan (for a soft style). Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the top of the casserole is golden brown.

Great to serve with chili for the big game!
