10 cups all-purpose apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup water
Place the peeled, cored, and sliced apples in a 9x13 inch pan. In a separate bowl, mix the white sugar, flour, and ground cinnamon together and sprinkle over the apples in the pan. Pour the water evenly over all of the apples.
In another bowl, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and softened butter together. Mix by hand until it turns into a dough consistency. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
