Peanut Butter CupsIngredients - 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 8 oz chocolate 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Blend 1st three ingredients, chill. Use 1/2 teaspoon mixture for each. Roll into 24 balls, then place in 1 1/2" paper Bon-Bon cups. Melt chocolate and ½ cup peanut butter over medium heat stirring constantly. Spoon into cups to fill. Chill Servings - 24 cups Prep Time - 30 minutes Cook Time - 10 minutes |
