Ingredients -

4 Cups Water
cup Salt
cup Brown Sugar
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp garlic
8 chicken thighs
Directions - Combine water, salt, sugar, parsley, pepper, and garlic in a container until fully combined.

Put the chicken in a flat pan, and pour mixture over the chicken.

Let chicken marinate in the brine for ~2 to 4 hours.
