Frosted Banana Bars

Ingredients -

1/2 C. butter or margarine (softened)
1 1/2 C. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 C. mashed rip bananas (appx 3 medium)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. all pupose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions - In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, and vanilla until smooth. Then, add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture until fully incorporated. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (appx 15x10x1").

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the bars test done. Cool and frost with your favorite frosting. My favorite is the chocolate cream cheese frosting!
