Shredded Beef Street Tacos
A super easy, flavorful street taco anyone can make!
Combine the chuck roast, beef broth, 1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped jalapeno, 2 cans of diced green chilis (14 oz), 1 cup of water, 2 tsp of Adobo seasoning, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of dried parsley in a crock pot. Set on HIGH and cook for around 5 hours.
After the roast cooks for 5 hours, move the roast to a large bowl, and shred.
Use a straining spoon, and add the pepper mixture back into the shredded beef, and mix well. You might need a little bit of the liquid as well.
Warm tortilla shells, and serve the shredded beef with chopped onion, some fresh chopped cilantro, and a lime wedge!
