Season your Greens

"Season your greens before you dress them." - Bobby Flay

The reason for seasoning your greens is really pretty simple, but no one ever remembers to do this. A pinch of salt and pepper can go a long way to improving your salad. Just remember, that piece of lettuce wasn't seasoned in the ground and you hopefully washed it off as well before eating it.
