A super easy, and tasty, quick salad you can make for any meal!
Chop the cabbage and scallions, and place in a large bowl with the almonds and sunflower seeds.
In a small container, combine all ingredients for the dressing, and set aside.
When you are ready to serve, pour the dressing over the cabbage, stir, and add the crushed ramen noodles.
