A rub that works great on Brisket! Used in the 2017 American Royal BBQ Competition

Ingredients
 ½ cup brown sugar
 ½ cup paprika (turkish)
 1 tbsp ground black pepper
 1 ½ tbsp coarse salt
 1 tbsp chili powder
 1 tbsp granulated garlic
 1 tbsp onion powder
 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, ensuring everything is evenly mixed together. Store spice mixture in a glass container.

When adding the rub to your meat, be sure to apply evenly and gently rub the seasoning into the meat. Once fully coated, it is ready to cook in a smoker or oven!
