A grown up twist on the classic sandwhich
Butter the bottom side of the two slices of bread. Sprinkle a little bit of the shredded cheese on the bottom of the pan, and cover with 1 slice of bread, butter side down.
On top of the bread, put 2 slices of your cheese, your meat, tomatoes, and top with your last 2 pieces of cheese and the top slice of bread (butter side up). Sprinkle the top of the sandwich with a little bit more of your shredded cheese.
Let cook, covered, for around 2 minutes, and then flip, letting cook for another 2 minutes. Make sure the cheese is fully melted before removing. Try serving with tomato basil, or French onion soup for a great meal. Also try adding any of your favorite meats, cheeses, and vegetables to make this unique to your tastes!
