Cake Batter Cookies
A quick, easy, cookie recipe that can be made for any occasion!
Ingredients
1 package of your favorite cake mix (funfetti and red velvet preferably)
2 eggs
⅓ cup oil
¾ cup white chocolate chips

Mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil until it is in a batter consistency, and then fold in the white chocolate chips.

Use a scoop to size the cookies on a parchment-lined cookie sheet 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 12 minutes, or until a light golden brown! Should make around 18 cookies!
