Chicken Bake

A quick, tasty, chicken bake the whole family will love!

Ingredients
 1 stick butter
 4 shredded chicken breasts
 1 bag of frozen vegetables
 1 ½ cups milk
 1 box of Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
 8 oz Chicken stock
 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup

In a large glass pan, melt the stick of butter and ensure it has covered the bottom of the pan. Add in the 4 shredded chicken breasts on top of the butter.

** NOTE ** to shred the chicken, I cooked the breasts in a crock pot with enough chicken broth to cover them for around 6 hours. You can also buy a rotisserie chicken, or whatever you prefer!

On top of the chicken, add a bag of frozen vegetables. We used peas and carrots. Also, season to taste with salt, pepper, and any other seasoning of choice.

In a bowl, combine the 1 1/2 cups of milk with the box of Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix. Add in the seasoning packet from the box with the mixture. Pour this mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Do not mix the ingredients together!

In another bowl, combine the 8 oz of chicken stock and the can of Cream of Chicken soup together. Pour this over the biscuit mixture, and again, do not mix the ingredients together!

Place in a 350 degree pre heated oven for 45 minutes (or until the top is golden brown).
