Chicken Fusilli

A kicked up alfredo pasta, that can be found in Tomorrowland at Disneyland!

Ingredients
 5 oz dry, Alfredo sauce mix
 1 cup heavy cream
 1 cup lowfat milk
 1 cup water
 2 oz grated Parmesan cheese
 1 oz sun-dried tomato crumbles (reconstituted)
 3 oz Pesto sauce (pre-prepared)
 2 lbs dry fusilli pasta
 1 lb sliced smoked chicken breast

Prepare the Alfredo sauce, according to package directions, using the cream, milk, and water in place of any liquid the mix calls for. Mix in pesto sauce. Keep warm, on the side until pasta is completed

Cook a chicken breast, and slice into small pieces.

Cook pasta until al dente, according to the instructions on the pasta box. Drain well. Place in serving bowl and top with chicken, prepared sauce, grated cheese, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Mix and serve.
