Cinnamon French Toast

Classic breakfast food infused with cinnamon and vanilla

Ingredients
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
 2 tbsp sugar
 4 tbsp butter
 4 eggs
 ¼ cup milk
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 8 slices challah, brioche, or white bread
Directions

In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar and set aside briefly.

In a 10-inch or 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together cinnamon mixture, eggs, milk, and vanilla until fully incorporated. Dip your bread into the egg mixture, coating evenly on both sides. Place the bread onto the hot skillet, and cook the slices until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.

Serve with syrup or your favorite fresh fruit.
