Frosted Banana Bars
Easy to make, tasty banana dessert!
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, bananas, and vanilla until smooth. Then, add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture until fully incorporated. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (appx 15x10x1").
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (appx 15x10x1"). Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
For the frosting, in a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Frost the bars.
