Garlic Mashed Potatoes

A quick and easy way to spice up your homemade mashed potatoes!

Ingredients
 8 Potatoes, can be peeled or left with the peel, and quartered.
 ½ cup milk
 ¼ cup butter, melted
 ¼ cup sour cream
 4 cloves of garlic, minced
 salt and pepper to taste

Bring a large pot of water to boil; add potatoes, and boil until soft. This will take about 20 to 25 minutes. Drain, and place in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, combine milk, melted butter, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Pour the butter and milk mixture over the potatoes. Mix with an electric mixer or potato masher to your desired consistency.
