Greek Orzo Salad

A quick salad thats a great side dish for your next family barbeque!

Ingredients
 8 oz Orzo Pasta
 ½ cucumber (peel skin), diced
 ½ red onion, diced
 1 bell pepper (any color)
 cherry tomatos (halved)
 kalamata olives (to taste)
 ½ cup feta cheese
 salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
 drizzle of olive oil (to coat pasta)
Instructions

While the Orzo pasta cooks (following the instructions on the box), chop the vegetables.  Feel free to include your favorite vegetables or exclude any you and your family are not keen on!

In a large bowl, combine your cooked pasta, chopped vegetables, olives, and feta cheese.  Season with your salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  Add Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar and mix all ingredients together.

Chill for atleast 2 hours to let the flavors combine, and serve with your favorite meal!
