Ham Balls

An easy meatball or meatloaf recipe cooked in a great sauce!

Ingredients
 1 lb ground ham
 ½ lb ground pork (or beef)
 2 eggs
 1 cup milk
 1 cup cracker crumbs
Sauce
 ½ cup vinegar
 ½ cup water
 1 ½ cups brown sugar
 1 tbsp dry mustard

Mix the ham, pork (or beef), eggs, milk, and cracker crumbs together and shape them into balls or a loaf. Place them in a shallow baking dish.

For the sauce, mix all ingredients together and pour over the meat balls. Bake at 300 degrees covered for 1 hour, and another 30 minutes uncovered, basting with extra sauce a few times during the 30 minute uncovered part.
