Peanut Butter Scotcheroos
Peanut Butter and Rice Krispy dessert!
Take the Rice Krispies, and put into a large, heat-safe bowl to the side. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and set aside as well.
In a medium-sized saucepan, mix the sugar and corn syrup together over low heat until all of the sugar dissolves. Take the mixture off of the burner and mix in the peanut butter.
Take the bowl of Rice Krispies and pour the sugar and peanut butter mixture over and ensure all of them are evenly covered. Take the mixture, and press evenly into your greased pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips, stirring occasionally until smooth and well blended. Spread over the top of the bars. Let cool at air temperature until it sets, and then cut into bars and enjoy!
