Peanut Butter S’More Dessert

A quick, tasty twist on a S'More

INGREDIENTS
For the Crust
 1 cup butter
 1 Box of Graham Cracker crumbs
 1 tsp cinnamon
For the Chocolate filling
 1 cup peanut butter
 24 oz semisweet or milk chocolate
 10.50 oz bag mini marshmallows
 12 oz bag peanut butter chips
DIRECTIONS

Combine peanut butter and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Cook for around 50 seconds and stir to ensure it is fully combined.

In a separate bowl, combine the Graham Cracker crumbs, softened butter (do not melt), and cinnamon. Mix the ingredients together.

In cup cake containers, put some of the crust mixture on the bottom of each one. Push down on it to compact it in the bottom of the cup cake containers.

After the containers have all been filled, add a few marshmallows on top of the crust, and then pour the chocolate and peanut butter mixture on top. Once each cup has been filled, go back and add a few marshmallows and chocolate chips on top of the melted chocolate.

Cool in refrigerator to ensure it has fully set. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
