Pico De Gallo
A flavorful and fresh Pico de Gallo recipe that will quickly kick your meal up!
Ingredients
4 tomatoes, chopped
½ medium red onion, chopped
2 green onions (white and green parts), sliced - Optional
1 serrano pepper, minced
¼ bunch of cilantro, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime, juiced
¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together. Mix thoroughly and let rest for 15 minutes to an hour before serving to let the flavors mix! Serve with your favorite tacos or chips!
