 4 tomatoes, chopped
 ½ medium red onion, chopped
 2 green onions (white and green parts), sliced - Optional
 1 serrano pepper, minced
 ¼ bunch of cilantro, chopped
 3 garlic cloves, minced
 1 lime, juiced
 ¼ cup Extra virgin olive oil
 1 tsp kosher salt
