A quick pickling method for your garden cucumbers!

Ingredients
 8 cups sliced cucumbers
 ½ white onion, sliced fine
 salt
 1 green pepper, sliced fine (optional)
 1 tsp celery salt
 2 cups sugar
 1 cup white vinegar

Slice cucumbers as fine as you would like, typically around 1/4 inch thick.  Slice onions and peppers around 1/8 inch thick. Add all remaining ingredients in a large bowl with a lid, and shake to incorporate all items together.  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.  Can stay refrigerated for weeks!
