Salsa Verde
A great salsa recipe!
Slice your Tomatillos in half, and place cut side down on a foil-covered baking sheet. Cook on Broil for 5-7 minutes, untill the skin has started to get some color and start to char. Be careful, as this can happen quickly!
While broiling, slice jalapeno(s) while leaving the seeds in, onion, and the cilantro. You only need to do a rough chop, as you will be blending these items further.
Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and in short, ~5 to 10-second bursts, pulse the items. When smooth, pour the ingredients into a container, and enjoy!
