Sausage Breakfast Casserole

An easy breakfast dish great for the whole family

Ingredients
 16.30 oz can buttermilk buiscuits
 1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage
 1 cup chopped vegetables
 1 cup mozzarella cheese
 1 cup cheddar cheese
 68 large eggs
 ¾ cup milk
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Cut uncooked biscuits into small pieces and place in a lightly greased 8x8 pan.

Brown sausage on the stove top and drain. Spread over the cut up biscuits. Take the chopped vegetables, I used peppers, mushrooms, and onions (but feel free to use your favorites) and spread over the top of the biscuits and sausage.

In a side bowl, beat the eggs and add milk, salt, and pepper to them. Take the egg mixture and pour it over the sausage, vegetables, and biscuits in your pan.

Sprinkle both shredded both kinds of cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

Bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown. Let sit 5 min before serving.
