A super tasty, and easy to make smoothie recipe!

Ingredients
 2 cups Unsweetened strawberries (fresh or frozen)
 2 bananas, sliced
 8 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
 ½ cup skim milk
 3 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tbsp honey

Cover and freeze strawberries and sliced bananas until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.

Combine all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
