Three Cheese Lasagna
A quick cheesy meal with a little taste of Italy.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly oil a 9x13-inch deep baking pan or lasagna pan.
Beat together the ricotta cheese, Parmesan, onion, and egg.
Heat the sauce (can add hamburger if desired).
Cover the bottom of the pan with about a cup of sauce. Cover the first layer of sauce with noodles; spread cheese mixture, then cover noodles and cheese with sauce. Repeat for three or four layers, as supplies allow, ending with a layer of sauce and cheese.
Sprinkle additional Parmesan over all. Cover with foil, the underside of which has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes; uncover and bake another 30 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.
