Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

A quick and tasty spaghetti recipe, that is a great cold night meal!

Ingredients
 1 tbsp olive oil
 5 cloves garlic, minced
 4 oz chardonnay wine
 6 oz tomato paste
 4 oz stems and pieces murshrooms (1 can)
 14 ½ oz diced tomatoes (1 can)
 15 oz tomato sauce
 1 lb ground beef (browned)
 1 pinch italian seasoning, salt, pepper, pasley, sage, basil, and crushed red pepper
 1 pre-packaged spaghetti seasoning packet
 1 box of your favorite pasta

In a large pan brown the ground beef. Remove the meat and grease from the pan and in the same pan heat the olive oil, and add in the minced garlic. Add the wine, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Let simmer and reduce.

Add the spaghetti seasoning and additional seasonings to taste to the sauce, stirring.

Cook your pasta based on the directions on the package! Once cooked, remove from the water and strain the noodles.

Add in the ground beef and can of mushrooms to the sauce. Stir and ensure it is fully heated through. Add the strained noodles to the pasta sauce, and mix it all together.

Top with fresh parmesan cheese and serve with garlic bread!
