Starting as a KCBS BBQ team, Scott’s-Yard BBQ competed in a number of local competitions prior to opening this restaurant. Located near the Kansas City Airport, off Highway 29, they have adapted Hangar 29 into their name. While not your usual BBQ, they have taking everything you love about BBQ and mashed it together with tacos and breakfast food!
I have been many times, and always really enjoy everything they serve! The next time you have a flight out of Kansas City airport, head north a bit early and stop for a great meal! Pro-tip, the breakfast BBQ is fantastic!
