Black Pepper
The dried black berries of the pepper, harvested while still unripe and used either whole or ground as a spice and condiment. Black Pepper can be ground in categories of fine, medium and coarse ground. Restaurant black pepper is a variety of pepper that is described as a coarser textured pepper than traditional ground pepper.
