A super quick and easy way to kick up those canned veggies in your closet, great as a side or dip!

Ingredients
 1 Can of black beans (rinsed)
 1 Can of garbanzo beans (drained)
 1 Can of sweet corn (drained)
 1 Can of diced tomatoes (drained)
 ¾ cup Italian Dressing
 ¼ cup chopped onion
 1 tsp ground cumin
 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Make sure not to add any of the liquid from the cans of vegetables. Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat!
