Grilled Cheesy Asparagus

A great side dish when you're already cooking on the grill!

Ingredients
 20 stalks of asparagus
 3 cloves of garlic, diced
  cup olive oil
 salt and pepper to taste
 ¼ cup shredded cheese

Trim the bottom side of the asparagus, and lay them on a piece of aluminum foil

In a small dish, mix the diced garlic and olive oil. Pour the garlic and oil mixture over all of the asparagus so they are lightly coated.

Add salt and pepper to taste, and then cover the middle section of the asparagus with shredded cheese. I used mozzarella, but any would work!

Place the aluminum foil directly on a hot grill, and let cook for around 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the asparagus starts to get darker. This will be different times based on how hot your grill is!

Serve with a steak and a baked potato for a great meal!
