Lemon Love Notes

INGREDIENTS
Cookie
 1 cup butter or margarine
 ½ cup powdered sugar
 2 cups flour
 ½ tsp salt
Topping
 4 eggs
 6 tbsp flour
 2 cups sugar
 2 lemons, juiced
 1 lemon, rind
 Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the butter, powdered sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl until smooth. Press the dough into a greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Combine the eggs, flour, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon rinds into a bowl and mix. Spread over the warm cookie and put back into the 350-degree oven for another 25 minutes.

Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Cut into small squares, and enjoy!
