Pork Belly Burnt End Glaze
An awesome way to kick up your smoked Pork Belly.
Ingredients
1 cup your favorite BBQ Sauce
¼ cup Apple Juice
¼ cup Apple or Jalepeno Jelly
1 tbsp Frank's Hot Sauce

Combine all of the above ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat until the sauce is smooth. Pour over your burnt ends right before pulling off the grill, and serve!
