Refried Beans

A tasty Mexican side dish anyone can make at home!

Ingredients
 1 lb Pinto beans
 10 oz chicken broth
 6 cups water
 1 tbsp adobo seasoning
 3 tbsp butter
Directions

In a pan, heat the pinto beans as directed on the bag. I used 6 cups of water on high for 90-120 minutes. Add additional water as needed.

Once tender, remove the beans from the head, and mash using a hand blender.

Add butter into the beans while mixing. Beans should be a smooth consistency. A few pieces of beans are okay!

Serve with your favorite Mexican dish!
