Joe’s Kansas City BBQ and Minsky’s Pizza Collaboration

In April of 2019, Joe’s Kansas City BBQ and Minsky’s Pizza released a BBQ Pizza that many local Kansas Citians had been needing for as long as BBQ became a Kansas City staple.
- Joe’s Kansas City BBQ is one of the most popular BBQ restaurants in Kansas City and is world renowned for its quality of BBQ. To find out more about Joe’s, a review of the Kansas City icon can be found here.

Put these two places together, and you get the Joe’s BBQ Pizza collaboration in all its glory!
They start by placing large pieces of BBQ Pork and Burnt Ends on top of the signature pizza. Minsky’s uses a light BBQ Sauce in place of the pizza sauce. They also sprinkle a little bit of Joe’s famous french fry seasoning on the crust. These details push this pizza ahead of a typical BBQ Pizza and make it outstanding!
Unfortunately, this pizza is limited in nature, and we do not know when or if they will be bringing it back to Minsky’s locations. I for one, will be patiently waiting for that day!
