Having been repeatedly voted “Kansas City’s Best Pizza”, Minsky’s has been serving their high quality pizza since 1976. Their 18 locations means that one of their locations is always near by. One of their most popular pizzas, and one of my favorites, is the Prime Cut. This pizza is loaded with all the different kinds of meat available, including strips of bacon across the top. Be sure to check this one out when you order next time! They also teamed up with local Kansas City legend Joe’s Kansas City to create one of my favorite pizzas, their Joe’s KC BBQ pizza, which I review here!
