One of my all-time favorite treats, popularized at Disney!

Yields8 Servings
Prep Time20 minsCook Time20 minsTotal Time40 mins
Ingredients
2 20 ounce cans crushed pineapple
 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
 2 tbsp sugar
8 oz container non-dairy whipped topping (Cool Whip)
4 cups pineapple juice, chilled, for serving
Directions
1

Combine the crushed pineapple (with its juice), lime juice, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender, and process until very smooth. Add the whipped topping and process again until smooth.

2

Pour the mixture into a prepared ice cream maker, and process 15-20 minutes, or until it is the consistency of soft-serve. You can also use a plastic bag to keep the mixture, and freeze it until it is no longer a liquid. Be sure to keep it in the freezer until you ready to serve.

3

To serve as a Dole Whip Float, fill a cup halfway full with pineapple juice. Add the frozen mixture to fill the cup. Enjoy!
