Caprese Salad
A great salad for the summer!
Ingredients
1 package Cherry Tomatoes
1 package Mozzarella Cheese
1 oz Sweet basil
½ cup Balsamic Vinigrette

Combine cherry tomatoes with mozzarella cheese in a container. Finely mince the sweet basil, and include in the container with tomatoes and cheese. Pour vinaigrette over the other ingredients to taste.

Gently shake/stir the mixture to ensure it is fully incorporated.

Store in the refrigerator after mixing.
